pranayama is prana.... sounds good..
ReplyDeleteits true its prana like when you shout you have to fill air in your lungs thats prana and then you ll shout , if you have to pick up heavy weight you ll breath deep and pick it up,thats the power of prana..
so if there is no prana in you body that mean you are not in your body.. pranayama increses prana shakti(power) in your body , every cell, tones your body organ, and make them work properly.
